Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Resolve customer issues, complaints, and questions efficiently and accurately.
- Input and update customer information into the CRM database with high attention to detail.

Qualifications
