Responsibilities
- Receive and resolve incoming customer inquiries via phone and email with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales and support team to address complex customer issues.
- Assist in training new hires and share best practices with the team.
- Meet and exceed daily and weekly performance metrics.

Qualifications
