Responsibilities
- Interact with customers via phone, email, and chat to resolve inquiries and provide top-tier service.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new clients and partners.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to senior management when necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily and weekly performance targets.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and service gaps.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to speak clearly and professionally.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
