Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with inquiries to ensure a high-quality shopping experience.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Answer inbound calls and respond to customer feedback in a professional and timely manner.
- Stock merchandise, organize displays, and maintain a clean, welcoming store environment.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily and weekly performance goals.
- Learn and demonstrate product knowledge to provide excellent recommendations.
- Handle cash transactions and reconcile the register at the end of the shift.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and making change.
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
