Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails promptly to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
- Process transactions and handle cash or card payments accurately using our POS systems.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming retail environment throughout the weekend shift.
- Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Learn and demonstrate our company policies and procedures during training.
- Assist in inventory management and restocking shelves as needed.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent schedule.
- Strong desire to learn and grow within a customer-focused role.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and making change.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive, approachable attitude.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from the Oklahoma City location.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
