Responsibilities
- Engage with customers via phone and email to resolve inquiries and provide excellent service.
- Learn and operate our proprietary CRM software to track customer interactions.
- Collaborate with a team of professionals to achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
- Assist in the collection and analysis of customer feedback to improve service quality.
- Participate in daily training modules to enhance product knowledge and soft skills.
- Maintain accurate records of customer accounts and transactions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong desire to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Reliable internet connection (if applicable for remote training components).
