Responsibilities
- Assist customers via phone, email, and live chat with inquiries regarding products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Accurately document customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales and support team to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Learn and explain company policies, procedures, and product features to new clients.
- Meet daily and weekly performance targets for call handling and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple windows.
- Reliable internet connection and home office setup (if remote hybrid).
- A positive attitude and a strong desire to learn new skills.
- Ability to work full-time hours, including some weekends or evenings.
