Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and courteous manner.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain accurate customer records within our database systems.
- Assist in resolving customer issues and escalations to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Collaborate with the sales and operations team to support daily workflow and productivity goals.
- Follow company procedures and guidelines to ensure compliance and quality standards.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance product knowledge and soft skills.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required; a degree is a plus but not mandatory.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to work full-time hours, Monday through Friday.

- Reliable transportation is preferred.
