Responsibilities
- Manage high volumes of inbound and outbound customer calls and emails with a focus on satisfaction.
- Resolve client inquiries and complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive demeanor.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and within established timeframes.
- Collaborate with the sales and support teams to identify upsell opportunities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions.
- Provide product knowledge and guidance to new and existing clients.
- Adhere to company policies and quality assurance standards.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required; we train the right candidates.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and computer navigation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are preferred.
