Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Resolve customer complaints and technical issues efficiently to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Update customer account records and maintain accurate documentation of all interactions.
- Collaborate with the support team to troubleshoot complex problems and share best practices.
- Assist in the training and onboarding of new team members.
- Meet daily and monthly performance targets for call resolution and customer feedback scores.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a positive attitude.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills (40+ WPM).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (preferred).
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
