Responsibilities

- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required (we provide full training).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and MS Office Suite.
