- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate, timely, and professional information regarding our products and services.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with a focus on problem-solving and escalation when necessary.
- Document all customer interactions and account details in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team leads to identify trends and improve service quality.
- Assist in training new hires and mentoring junior staff members.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred but not required).
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but we offer paid training for enthusiastic candidates.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to type at least 40 WPM.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new skills quickly.
