Responsibilities
- Handle High-Volume Inquiries: Assist customers via phone, email, and live chat with product information and account inquiries.
- Resolve Issues: Troubleshoot customer concerns and provide effective, empathetic solutions to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Data Management: Accurately input and maintain customer data into our CRM systems.
- Product Education: Explain complex services in simple terms to clients to help them make informed decisions.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and peers to meet daily and weekly performance targets.
- Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and report trends to management to help improve service quality.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional tone.
- Computer Skills: Basic proficiency with computers and the ability to learn new software quickly.
