Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on resolution.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and satisfaction.
- Resolve complex issues by analyzing customer feedback and coordinating with internal teams.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and account details in our CRM system.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within your customer base.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and service policies to provide accurate information.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a patient, empathetic demeanor.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
