Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer calls and inquiries with a positive attitude.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues professionally and efficiently.
- Accurately input and update customer data into our CRM system.
- Provide product information and solutions to clients.
- Collaborate with the support team to meet daily and weekly performance goals.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy and typing speed of 35+ WPM.
