Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone and email with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately using our internal software systems.
- Document customer interactions and feedback in the CRM database.
- Collaborate with team leads to improve service processes and team efficiency.
- Assist in training new team members and sharing best practices.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills (30+ WPM).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Reliable transportation to the Tucson office.
- Ability to work full-time hours, including weekends or holidays as needed.
