- Accurately document all customer interactions and account details in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional team members to troubleshoot complex problems.
- Assist in the development and delivery of training materials for new team members.
- Identify opportunities to improve service processes and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred but not required).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
