Responsibilities
- Handle Customer Inquiries: Assist clients via phone, email, and live chat with questions regarding our products and services.
- Problem Resolution: Troubleshoot basic issues and provide accurate solutions to ensure high customer satisfaction rates.
- Data Entry & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with management and other departments to improve service processes and resolve escalations.
- Product Training: Attend daily training sessions to learn about new features, company policies, and sales techniques.
- Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and report trends to the management team.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Computer Literacy: Basic proficiency with computers, web browsers, and navigating the internet.
