Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with inquiries regarding products and services.
- Handle customer complaints and issues with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
- Process sales transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately using POS systems.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming retail environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Qualifications

- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light boxes (up to 20lbs).
