Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on resolution.
- Assist customers in navigating our products and services with patience and clarity.
- Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team leads to identify process improvements.
- Handle basic account inquiries and resolve issues within company guidelines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (or currently pursuing).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy and typing speed of 35+ WPM.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Willingness to learn new software and processes quickly.
