What You'll Do:

Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers warmly upon arrival, providing exceptional service to ensure satisfaction.
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails promptly, resolving inquiries or routing them to the appropriate department.
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems and handle returns or exchanges efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain store organization, cleanliness, and visual merchandising standards.
- Learn and demonstrate product knowledge to answer customer questions effectively.
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment as needed.

Qualifications
