As an Entry Level Representative, you will be the face of our company, helping clients navigate our services with ease and professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Answer and direct incoming calls and emails to the appropriate department.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, services, and account information.
- Enter customer data accurately into our CRM system.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with patience and professionalism.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Participate in daily training sessions to improve product knowledge.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent (or currently pursuing).
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with Windows and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends.
