Responsibilities
- Assist customers with inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Process customer orders and maintain accurate records in the database.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily and weekly performance goals.
- Learn and utilize our internal CRM software for data management.
- Provide feedback to management regarding customer trends and product improvements.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance product knowledge and soft skills.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred but not required).
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Kansas City office.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills.
- A positive, professional demeanor and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary.
