Responsibilities
- Handle Customer Inquiries: Answer incoming calls, emails, and live chat messages in a professional and friendly manner.
- Problem Solving: Assist customers with product information, account issues, and general questions using our training materials.
- Data Entry: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our internal database systems.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the management team to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve escalations.
- Process Improvement: Provide feedback on common customer issues to help improve our products and services.
- Follow Procedures: Adhere to all company policies, scripts, and safety protocols during every interaction.
Qualifications
