- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to resolve complex customer issues.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products and services to existing clients.
- Participate in daily training sessions to improve product knowledge and soft skills.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification (GCSEs or A-Levels preferred).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with internet browsing.
- A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help customers succeed.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and occasional evenings.
- Willingness to undergo background checks and training.
