Responsibilities
- Handle Inbound & Outbound Calls: Assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information.
- Customer Retention: Build rapport with clients to ensure high satisfaction and loyalty.
- Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot problems and find effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Data Entry: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Qualifications
