Responsibilities
- Handle Customer Inquiries: Respond to incoming calls, emails, and chat messages with professionalism and empathy.
- Process Transactions: Accurately handle order processing, returns, and exchanges.
- Problem Resolution: Identify customer needs and resolve issues efficiently to ensure satisfaction.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and interaction logs.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and support teams to meet company goals.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: No prior experience necessary. We are looking for raw talent and enthusiasm.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and proficiency with CRM software is a plus but not required.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time hours, including weekends if necessary.
