Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist customers in resolving product or service issues with patience and empathy.
- Enter and maintain accurate customer data and transaction records in our internal systems.
- Collaborate with the team to identify process improvements and customer needs.
- Learn and utilize various software tools and company policies to ensure compliance.
- Refer complex issues to senior staff when necessary.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Basic computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to type at least 30 words per minute.
- Willingness to learn new systems and follow detailed instructions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the office.
