Responsibilities
- Handle Inquiries: Respond to incoming customer emails and phone calls with a friendly, professional, and empathetic attitude.
- Resolve Issues: Troubleshoot basic customer queries regarding our software products and escalate complex issues to senior staff when necessary.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and transactions within our CRM system.
- Product Knowledge: Attend training sessions to gain a strong understanding of our products and services to assist customers effectively.
- Feedback Loop: Provide feedback to the management team regarding common customer concerns and potential product improvements.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the wider support team to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.
Qualifications
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Attitude: A positive, patient, and eager-to-learn mindset; no prior customer service experience is necessary.
- Computer Literacy: Basic proficiency with computers and MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Reliability: Ability to work full-time shifts, including weekends and bank holidays, as required.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GCSEs) is required.
