Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and friendly manner.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately.
- Update and maintain accurate customer records in our database systems.
- Assist with data entry and administrative filing tasks.
- Collaborate with the sales and support team to resolve complex issues.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products and services to clients.
Qualifications
