Responsibilities
- Answer and route incoming customer calls and inquiries with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently to ensure high satisfaction rates.

- Collaborate with the support team to develop solutions for complex customer scenarios.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and service policies to provide accurate information.
