Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems and handle cash, credit, and digital payments.
- Answer product inquiries, provide recommendations, and resolve customer concerns or complaints effectively.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain store organization, restock inventory, and ensure visual standards are met.
- Learn and demonstrate knowledge of company policies, safety procedures, and operational standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and a willingness to learn.
