Responsibilities
- Manage high volumes of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist clients with technical product information and troubleshooting.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales and support teams to improve customer satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for upselling products and services.
- Provide feedback to management regarding common customer concerns and product usability.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
