Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers via phone and email with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Answer product and service inquiries, providing accurate information to resolve issues.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our database.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily performance and quality targets.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to existing customers.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to listen actively.
