Responsibilities
- Greet and Assist: Welcome customers with a warm smile and provide friendly, knowledgeable assistance with their shopping needs.
- Point of Sale: Efficiently operate the POS system to process transactions, handle cash, and manage returns or exchanges accurately.
- Store Maintenance: Keep the sales floor and stock areas organized, clean, and visually appealing at all times.
- Product Knowledge: Learn and demonstrate a deep understanding of our products to answer customer questions effectively.
- Inventory Support: Assist with receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and performing basic inventory counts.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow team members to ensure store operations run smoothly during all shifts.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: This is an entry-level position. We value attitude and work ethic over past experience.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not mandatory.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with diverse groups of people.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
