- Document all customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Identify customers' needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily performance targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to type at least 35 WPM.
- Proficiency with basic computer software and CRM systems.
- A positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
