Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Process orders, returns, and account updates accurately using internal CRM software.
- Collaborate with the support team to share feedback and improve service protocols.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions in the company database.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.
- Assist in training new hires and mentoring junior team members.
Qualifications
