Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound customer inquiries with a focus on resolving issues efficiently and professionally.
- Build strong, lasting relationships with clients by providing exceptional service and support.
- Assist customers in navigating our products and services to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Document all customer interactions and account updates accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to escalate complex issues and provide feedback.
- Meet daily and weekly productivity targets while maintaining high-quality service standards.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work full-time hours, including some weekends if necessary.
