Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with patience and empathy, escalating complex problems when necessary.
- Accurately input and update customer information into our CRM database.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and service excellence.
- Assist in the training of new hires and share best practices with the team.
- Participate in daily team meetings and contribute to performance goals.
Qualifications

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
