Your Role
As an Entry Level Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support to our clients. You will handle inquiries via phone and email, ensuring every customer leaves satisfied.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a professional and empathetic tone.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently, escalating complex matters to senior management when necessary.
- Accurately document customer interactions and feedback in our CRM database.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new team members by sharing best practices.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while meeting daily performance metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service processes and product offerings.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable personality.
- Basic computer proficiency (typing speed 40+ wpm).
- The ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- A valid driver’s license is a plus but not mandatory.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
