What You'll Do:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of our brand, ensuring our clients receive top-notch support. Your primary goal is to resolve inquiries efficiently while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist customers with product information, account inquiries, and troubleshooting issues.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to resolve complex customer escalations.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products and services to existing customers.
- Participate in daily team meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and soft skills.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on clarity and empathy.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of at least 40 WPM.
- Able to work full-time hours, including weekends and holidays as required.
