Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist customers with product information, order tracking, and account issues.
- Enter and maintain accurate customer data into our CRM database systems.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the management team when necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily and weekly performance targets.
- Participate in daily training sessions and team meetings to improve service quality.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with web browsers.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to type at least 30 WPM.
