Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound customer calls to resolve inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Assist customers with product orders, account issues, and billing questions in a professional and courteous manner.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately in the CRM database.
- Collaborate with the sales and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to management when necessary.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide superior service.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills (30+ WPM).
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required for entry-level candidates.
