Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and courteous manner.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily performance targets.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
- Provide feedback to management regarding common customer concerns and product improvements.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to type at least 30 WPM.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM software.
- Reliable internet connection and headset (required for remote positions).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- A customer-first attitude and a willingness to learn new processes.
