Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately using our internal systems.
- Assist customers in resolving product-related issues and provide product information.
- Maintain and update customer records and databases with precision.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify upselling opportunities.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through active listening and problem-solving.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Must be available to start immediately (Tomorrow).
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills (30+ WPM).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are preferred.
