Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on empathy and professionalism.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Process customer orders, applications, and forms accurately and in a timely manner.
- Update and maintain customer records in our internal CRM systems.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical departments to ensure clients receive the best possible support.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to existing clients.
- Assist in training new team members and sharing best practices.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- No prior customer service experience is necessary; we provide full paid training.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace are required for remote availability.
