Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on delivering a world-class customer experience.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently while maintaining a professional and empathetic demeanor.
- Assist clients with product information, order status, and general account questions.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and transactions in our CRM database.
- Collaborate with the sales and support teams to identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Participate in daily training sessions to enhance product knowledge and soft skills.
- Meet and exceed daily and weekly performance metrics regarding call handling and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a clear speaking voice.
- Strong computer literacy and typing skills (minimum 35 WPM).
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace are required for remote positions.
- A positive attitude and a genuine desire to learn and grow within the company.
