Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound customer calls with a focus on high-quality service.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently and professionally.
- Enter and update customer information into our database systems accurately.
- Assist in the onboarding and training of new team members.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service processes.
- Meet daily and weekly performance metrics and KPIs.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Strong verbal communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills (30+ wpm).
- Ability to work full-time hours, including some weekends.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
