Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns with patience and professionalism.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming work environment.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet daily and weekly targets.
- Learn and utilize internal software systems for record-keeping and reporting.
