Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat within 15 minutes
- Resolve product issues using knowledge base and escalation protocols
- Document all interactions in CRM system with 100% accuracy
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex cases
- Meet monthly KPIs: 95% CSAT, 90% first-contact resolution
- Participate in weekly training sessions and skill workshops
- Identify process improvement opportunities and share feedback
Qualifications
- No experience required – open to recent graduates and career changers
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Strong verbal communication skills (phone/computer tested)
- Type 35+ WPM with 95% accuracy
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home office
- Ability to work 8-hour shifts between 8 AM - 8 PM CT
- Basic computer proficiency (Windows, Office Suite)
